Tonight, 17 people have been left to sleep rough. Not because there aren’t buildings. Not because there aren’t resources. But because of management bureaucracy. While paperwork moves from desk to desk, human beings are lying in doorways, wrapped in sleeping bags, facing another freezing night alone. Homelessness is not a “case file.” It’s a person. A life. A heartbeat. We need urgency. We need accountability. We need action not delays. No one should be left outside because of red tape. #Homeless
